They are age 9/10 age 11/12 and age 13 all have adjustable waist do t have waist sizes

Q: Do scouts have to wear these trousers or can they wear school trousers instead?

At my son's group they have to wear these trousers. They wouldn't be allowed school trousers but you probably need to check with your Group Scout Leader as to what they expect for your local group.
