I first noticed that my older sister was looking younger than me... she was holding out on telling me what she was using.. she finally let me in on these supplements. I'm on my second bottle and now I'm also looking and feeling younger!

I am in my pre-menospause and the change of mood and the hot flashes was a hell for me I tried different organic hormones and nothing worked only this thing gave me back my old me .

I felt immediate hot flesh relief. I'm not sure the quality of the other ingredients of vitamins. I don't really feel more energy still on the fence It's my second month

Not returnable -I didn't see any notice of that fact.Bought by mistake: was comparing ingredients & ..tap..Oops.I'm violently allergic to magnesium glycinate so unusable for me.I've loved & trusted all Hylands products for almost 40 years- this is so disappointing.Giving away 2 bottles unopened...live & learn.

Great for on the go since you can chew it and not need water. Glad it is targeted toward menopause women.

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now and have no complaints, other than the bottle now being about half empty, which means you'll go through these a lot faster than many other similar products on the market.Other than that, I'm fine with these. My godmother is a Hylands fan and has been using one of their products for many years, so I knew the quality of these would be exceptional. And it has biotin and some other ingredients that are in my usual vitamins I've been taking for a long time that are in gummy form (which I prefer), so I figured these were worth a try, especially being in my late 50s.I'm not a fan of large capsules which these are, but they're easy enough to swallow with water. I was a little put off in the beginning by the herbal taste which seemed a bit grassy to me at first, but then I read they were supposed to taste like mint to make them taste better - okay, that works, and it's not terrible, it's just more of a catnip-type or basil-type mint flavor than what I expect of mint flavor.I don't know that I have really noticed any significantly noticeable improvement in mood or skin (and I do use quite a few high-quality skincare products so I can't really attribute skin condition to these), but I suppose my mood has been at least a little more level than usual.I didn't experience any gastrointestinal issues or any negative side effects whatsoever, so that was good.All in all, these seem to be overall great vitamins for women of a certain age. I'm not a big fan of the mint taste but I don't hate it, but since I do generally prefer my vitamins in gummy form and usually buy a bottle that will last a lot longer than these will by taking 2 capsules daily, I don't know that I'd seek these out again. If you don't have set preferences for this type of product and are woman of a certain age and don't mind how fast this bottle will go, you certainly can't go wrong with a trusted brand like this!
