Works as expected
This is designed for the Penplex canister filter baskets. Fits perfect does it’s job comes with a net as you need to do is rent and put in in the order that you wish your baskets to filter. It last for about a month.

Fish still alive
This stuff appears to do a great job because 1) My fish are still alive and 2) the chemistry is still good. One thing is mine seemed to be understuffed, or maybe the filter media itself is dissolving, I noticed it seemed smaller than when I put it in when I cleaned out my filter.

Filter, not fliter.
This stuff seams to do the trick. We needed something to support the bio-action to keep the water clear. It took a long time for the bacteria to grow and perform from the initialization. Now the water is clear and doesn't smell, and I think the fish are happier as they are much more active, now. Our problem started when we switched from "clean" fish to Gold Fish, which seem to muck up the water more.
