Nice product
The media could not be loaded. All good and nice product only the scroll Brightness is can't be reduced in the app and only have option to lower the side strip brightness

Build quality is amazing
The mouse itself has amazing build quality and the Finnish is smooth but the O.S is a little tricky to understand at first glance but I would recommend getting this

Don't buy
Although gives enough feature wrt price but i received a defective product and when claimed its warrenty it was pathetic they took 1 month to return the mouse and all the cusions were hampered and received it in even worst condition they only fixed the internally fault and on the other hand damaged my mouse physically .. very bad services i lost trust on redragon don't buy this for sure ..
