This is the best exercise/stress ball that I've come across and I've tried many. Comfortable, durable and very effective for hand, grip and forearm strength. I have purchased several and keep one in the car while in traffic, one in the office while on calls and a few around the house. Very pleased with my purchase!

I recently received my Grip 2 stress ball and am quite pleased with it.It's about 2 inches in diameter, I would have preferred a little larger but this works.My goal was to strengthen my pinky on one hand in preparation for learning how to play the Guitar, and to increase the flexibility of my trigger finger on my other hand. So far, results are good, actually woke up this morning with sore fingers (good sign).Material is like a high quality squishy rubber with a tight balloon-like coating.Collects dust if dropped on the floor, so expect to wash it often if that's something you expect will happen.

My thumb has been hurting for many months and I have no idea what I did to it. When I realized that I had not been using it, so it had grown weak, I used this to help strengthen my thumb. I noticed a difference after the first time using it, and there was a substantial difference within a few days. I continue to use it to keep it strong. There is a spot that has torn through, but the ball is made with more than one layer so that it won't wear through in the same spot every time.

I got these for my boyfriend. It helps a lot. When driving now instead of yelling now he grabs the stress ball and helps him calm down. I asked him if that really helps and he said yes and it's mUchiha better. Good for my ears that I don't have to deal with him screaming and worried lol.
