This vacuum is a great deal for the money. Strong suction and doesn't miss the small things. It's easy enough my kids can use it.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: I reached out to the company and after some back and forth with pics and videos sent, they told me nothing was wrong with my vacuum mop. I told them this isn’t my first vacuum mop, I know how they work properly, and that I regret not buying a Tineco again. I also told them that I was going to leave a negative review and once I said that, they sent me a new unit. I will say that the new unit works perfectly and I’m having zero of the problems that I stated below. I just don’t appreciate that I had to fight them to make it right.After only using this mop for a few times, there is almost 0 suction. Dirty water stays all over my floors. I even sent the company video of the puddles that were left on my floor, The water that wouldn’t suck up from the charging station, And evidence that almost all of the liquid from the clean water tank was gone, but hardly any water was in the dirty water tank. After a few back-and-forths, they told me not to worry & that it’s normal. Nope, not normal! I can’t believe I went from a Tineco (that sadly broke after many years) to this piece of crap that has never worked correctly just to save a little bit of money. Lesson learned. I’m still waiting for them to make this right so that my vacuum mop works and when and if they do, I will update this review.

While this works well when it works, I'm one of the ones that is experiencing the unit just flat out not going into cleaning mode, for no reason, and the constant announcement that the dirty water tank is full, when it is not. It has lasted less than 6 months and while they are very polite in the initial correspondence, they asked for video multiple times, that I had already sent and then eventually they stopped responding. Others are reporting the exact same issue. They have not offered any kind of trouble shooting or fix, like firmware upgrade, replacing a defective part, etc. I asked for an exchange, as it's still under warranty, or some kind of solution, then they offered to credit the purchase. It has been a while now, no credit, no replacements, and no replies. Very bad service. I'm going to dispute this purchase with Amazon, and send copies of the emails they have sent. Honestly, spend the extra and get a VOP unit (vacuum/mop) from a reputable brand sold in the US. Hate to say it, but it's my truth. Wish I could give a negative rating on this one.

No fue lo que yo esperaba, se descarga la batería a los 10 minutos de uso y no funciona porque el tank está sucio pero lo revisaba y estaba limpio y después de 3 meses de uso el cargador se dañó ya no cargó la batería. No la recomiendo para nada

This mop/vac is great! Vacuums and mops at the same time! What a time saver. I have hard wood floors that like to streak when mopped but this machine works great with no streaks. Easy to use. Light weight. Self cleans itself. All I have to do is empty dirty water tank and fill clean water tank.Customer service is excellent. Had a leaking clean water tank and they replaced with no issues.

If you like pushing dirt around your home or mopping the floor AFTER you use this project, this is the mop for you! No matter what I do there is always a gross line of the dirty water that remains when the mop is turned off. You also have to "empty the waste water tank" CONSTANTLY, even when it is not even remotely full. I have tried everything including pre vacuuming/sweeping before using this mop and the waste water tank still triggers after only a few minutes. It is not worth the money I paid for it and I will be contacting the manufacturer to see about getting a refund for this project ASAP.

It does a great work and when you have issues contact ultenic and they will always make it right. 10/10 customer service

I want to love it and for the price I thought will be a great product but I have issues with the water tank all the time, I tried to contact support and nobody helped me.
