I love this Computer
Very fast great customer service. I had trouble with video card, called customer service they sent a box with label to mail back to them. They repaired it and i had it back in less than a week. Great Job. It is a very fast computer, with lots of memory and storage. Finger print reader works great to sign on to laptop, much quicker.

Buggy, Inconsistent, Frustrating
While it works pretty well in its PC configuration, it is really buggy and behaves erratically when switching in and out of its tablet configuration. For example: 1) when in laptop configuration is receives WiFi fine from 22 feet away, but if you reconfigure it to tablet mode, it drops the WiFi, yet my Korean brand name flagship flip phone has no problem receiving the WiFi signal in the same location, 2) again when making the same configuration change, it will no longer accept touch inputs in tablet configuration. Even in it's PC configuration, the TrackPoint pointing stick lacks the full functionality of a mouse like scrolling, resizing windows, etc. This is another stellar American brand bought by a Chinese company that now markets on that prior stellar brand reputation, while selling a PC's that doesn't live up to the Thinkpad brand when owned by the original American company. The touch screen in tablet mode works inconsistently; it sometime takes 2 or 3 touches to activate a button or link. The WiFi can be strong one time, but after being put to sleep then woken up in the same location, it registers only a weak signal or NO signal at all. The way Lenovo displays browser information is a hodge-podge constricting the area devoted to the webpage so there is more space for the operating system manufacturer to do more forced captive marketing and way too much area devoted to headers. Maybe there's a way to adjust it, but the manual is useless for that and "tech support" is a misnomer; the Asian reps can't speak English clearly or coherently, nor can the really understand English questions, and unless your questions exactly matches one of the questions on their script they're response has nothing to do with you question. Like my former Chinese imitation of the American flagship flip phone brand they bought -- which was also buggy and had an unintuitive, illogical, and inconsistent user interface -- I'll get rid of this new piece of Chinese c_ _ _ as soon as possible. I'll never again buy a Chinese version of a former American brand like Lenovo's failed attempt at convertible PC. I do NOT recommend ANY Lenovo phone or PC unless you like being frustrated and disappointed.
