Delighted
I was thrilled to find this lamp post -- it matches all the other outdoor lights on my house when I remodeled a few years ago. So when my old lamppost needed to be replaced, I hired a handyman to come and install it for me. Really straight forward as all the wiring and the cement was already there. I just wish it was a clear glass and not a light yellow tinted glass. Other than that, it's great.

Dented part from the factory
part came dented from the factory also impossible to install nut on the stem bolt down in the center no way to get your hand down in the center you have to try starting it with needle nose pliers also needs to be double boxed.

Great customer service
These seem to be nice lights. I purchased two. One was delivered with a broken glass. I read a couple reviews that said their customer service wasn't good, so I was a little worried. I reached out to the company. They got back to me quickly and sent a replacement. I also had a question. Customer service got back to me very quickly with an answer. They ever replied on a Sunday. I'm very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

Bought two: the photosensor on one didn't work!
I bought two of these for my house. My contractor spent way too much time trying to get the tiny screws on for the housing on top. After getting that in place one of the two didn't work and he spent hours trying to figure out why. Eventually he was able to isolate it to the photosensor. We returned that one.

Tips and tricks
A. You need a pair of forceps to assemble this.B. Don't lose the tiny rubber washers. Those are the waterproofing.C. Unscrew the dusk-to-dawn sensor and bypass it. You don't need to wire it.D. Bolt pattern is the common 3-bolt pattern everyone uses.

Clear instructions
Waiting instructions were not clear. No customer service number just an email which they didn't answer. I would not recommend this product

Beautiful lamppost
Liked everything about light except for bottom screws to hold light fixtures. Company should drill 3 access holes and supply 3 plastic cap to cap holes. I drilled my own access holes to be able to use tools to tighten properly.
