We've had this mattress for several months now. Still no dips. Prior to this, we had a full memory foam mattress, which we loved. When it was time to replace it, we decided to try a hybrid. I'm so glad we did. We like it even better than the full memory foam. It inflated quickly, but we strictly followed instructions & didn't sleep in it for over 24hrs. I see in other reviews where people complained about the sides dipping quite a bit when sitting on the edge of the bed. That's true, the sides do dip a bit, but we don't find it to be an issue. I'm more concerned about how well we sleep on it. As far as firmness, this is definitely a medium... not firm, not medium firm, but medium. We originally wanted a more firm mattress (esp for our bad backs) & thought this one would be, but it's not. Still, it's incredibly comfortable. If I had to get another mattress, I would probably get the same type. If you HAVE to have a very firm mattress, you should probably consider something different. The only thing I could possibly complain about at this point is that the fabric cover wrinkles up & won't smooth out. It wouldn't be a problem w a thick comforter on the bed, but with a thin summertime coverlet on the bed, you can see the wrinkles of the fabric underneath. I wish there was a way to fix this, but again, I'm just happy to get a good night's sleep. As far as the smell that you get with some products, we didn't notice any smell at all with this mattress. Regarding temperature, it isn't hot like a full memory foam mattress. It's possible that the inner springs allow enough air flow to prevent a sweaty night's sleep. We waited quite a while to get a new mattress. We thought it was going to be a fairly hefty investment. Consequently, we had many miserable nights on a mattress well past its prime. I wish I had seen this one earlier. What a deal! Even if it's not your ideal mattress, I guarantee it's better than any old mattress you're currently sleeping on. For us, this mattress is perfect! Super comfortable! Not hot like our old memory foam bed. It's also much easier on our backs and joints. We wake up feeling refreshed, not like we've just spent a few hours being beaten up by our mattress. We're at the point in life now where we have bad backs, bad joints, etc. A good mattress makes a huge difference. This one is fantastic. I'll try to update again in a few more months to verify that we haven't had any problems with it and that it hasn't started sagging prematurely. So far, though, we LOVE it!

decided to edit the review to give more detail on the bed.This bed is like a giant marshmallow but has the right amount of firmness. It's like a soft cloud that you just want to snuggle into. This bed is a nice balance between soft and firm. You sink in, and it's like a big hug. After a long day of working and running around once you lay down your body is like, im finally at rest. It's like the bed gets you. it's a quiet escape from the world. The material is cool. Its not too hot, not too cold. you can easily get out of the bed without disturbing anyone else if they are in the bed as well. I was torn between which size i needed to buy, between a twin and a full. I would and a full size and Im glad i did. the twin measurements seemed kind of small for what i was needed this bed for. Overall, I am impressed with the bed and the affordability. I will most likely buy more beds like this in the future.

I purchased the 12" twin mattress 8 months ago and have used it since then. It is very comfortable and I get a good night's sleep using it. I am an adult woman approximately 145 lbs. It has held up very well and I feel it will continue to hold up well. I highly recommend it; it is a quality product.Carolyn Clark

My husband has been complaining about back pain and we had to get rid of the old mattress that sinks in. I was a little nervous ordering a mattress without trying it first. I received it 3 days after placing the order and it came in a box. Set up was super easy, just take it out of the package and put the mattress on bed. It almost fully expaned after opening the package. The first picture is how it looked 10min after we opened it. We slept on it the night we put it on. It's SO comfortable! It's just firm enough to support my joints, but it's cozy and soft right where I need it. I can lay in any position and feel supported and comfortable. My husband woke up before me in the morning and I didn't even felt him exit the bed. He said it's the best sleep he'd had in a long time. BTW, it's pretty heavy, so you might need some help if you are a smaller buid. :P Now, we have been sleeping on the bed for about 3 months, it feels like how it was on day 1 and we still love it so much!! The hight felt increased a bit (the 2nd picture was taken today). I stongly recommend it!!

You can't beat the quality of this mattress for the price. I was shocked when I got it. It looks and feels like a high-end, organic mattress. ZERO smell - no off gassing whatsoever. It is a large mattress - slightly longer that my queen frame and very deep ( I had to buy new extra deep sheets) but so far I love it. Perfect support - firm, but not too firm. Like most foam, it does seem to trap heat at the surface but it has not disrupted my sleep. It is a big heavy mattress, and needs serious support under it. My old box spring is not enough and I am going to put plywood underneath it for extra support. One of the best things Ive bought on Amazon, honestly.

I slept on one of these mattresses on vacation at an Airbnb and liked it so much, I contacted the owner of the property to find out where I could get one. Much less expensive than I expected. Best sleep ever. Not hot. Good body support. Works fine on my box spring. Love it.
