It’s ok !

I really loved the resistance on this machine. It works perfectly for me for hip and thigh training as I start to prepare for giving birth in a few months. This also tracks your progress, but it doesn't arrive fully charged. I have very thick thighs and this is very comfortable

This tool gives a very good inner thigh workout. It has different pressure levels and the digital center provides you the count. You can get a workout in while working from home. I reccomend it.

This took some time to get used to. My thighs are large so I thought this wouldn’t work for me. You can adjust the grips and use for arms or legs. It keeps track of the number bet of reps you do, which is nice. It was a little awkward at first, but now I just sit and watch tv while I thin my thighs , ha. It is made from a sturdy plastic and will last through daily use.

I find that normally it's hard to get a good inner-thigh workout without something like this hip trainer.It was easy to put together, but take a look at the included workout list to figure out what direction to install the pad things.I like to finish off a long workout with this, because I can lay on my back while doing this thigh exercise, and then take a nap. I haven't used the rep counter function yet, and likely won't.
