Unbelievable, I'm really lost for words , 10 out of 10 for everything, delivery, packaging and product!!!

Questo strumento è la dimostrazione che il termine "cineseria" è assolutamente inappropriato e privo di significato con il made in China. Basta pagare il giusto per avere prodotti con rapporto prezzo qualità ineguagliabile.Veniamo alla chitarra:Arrivata in una scatola a prova di corriere, tutto magnificamente e intelligentemente imballato. Una ricca dotazione di accessori di ottima qualità:microfono, con batteria usb, stupefacente per la resa attraverso gli altoparlanti della Nexg2.Stand elegante con funzione di carica a contatto.Pedale per il looper e cambio toni.Cuffie in-ear di qualità stupefacente: provate con lettore Hi-res sono veramente strabilianti.Doppio alimentatore per la carica della batteria della chitarra e degli accessori: uno con spina americana (con marchio Enya) e un secondo con spina italiana "generico" ma di pari prestazioni, entrambi con ingresso USB A e CLa custodia ottimamente imbottita contiene comodamente chitarra ed accessori garantendo adeguata protezione: intelligentissima idea quella di consentire che la cinghia di trasporto della custodia diventi anche la tracolla della chitarra. Segno che in Enya lavora gente con la mente rivolta ai musicisti e alle loro esigenze.Della chitarra che dire: è assolutamente strabiliante la qualità dei suoni ( teniamo sempre conto del tipo di strumento e del prezzo pagato) e soprattutto l'efficienza di amplificatore e altoparlanti on board.Buona la gestibilità dello strumento anche grazie all'App "Enya Music" scaricabile per IOS e Android.Ottima suonabilità, comoda da tenere, action di 3mm ai bassi e 2,5 sui cantini. Le corde in dotazione (012) D'Addario YP-XS (che però non si trovano nei listini della D'Addario), le trovo un po' troppo dure e ruvide per i miei gusti e probabilmente le cambierò con una scalatura leggermente più morbida .Se proprio dovessi trovare qualche pecca, ma più che altro come esortazione di miglioramento, suggerirei di implementare qualche ritmo di batteria in più e magari di sound latini (samba/bossa, ecc.) e riguardo al prezzo mantenere una certa stabilità. Il prezzo infatti, teoricamente a listino di 999 euro, oscilla fra uno standard di 899 che a mezzo coupon del 20% diventa 719,99 ma che con un'offerta del 30% di sconto arriva a 699 (versione deluxe). Il tutto nell'arco di una settimana e con continua rotazione. Farebbe irritare comprarla a 899 per vederla in vendita 200 euro meno qualche giorno dopo. Personalmente io l'ho pagata 719,99 e la cosa mi scoccia un po'.Adesso non vedo l'ora di vedere la NEXG 2N, con corde in nylon, nelle offerte prime di Amazon per farla diventare il mio prossimo acquisto

Update: - after testing it further i want to update to 5 stars (4 1/2 if you want).I found out that USB OTG works without troubles on e.g. Samsung A34 or Huwai P20pro.So The Guitar works. - Just the Pixel phones like making it extra hard to use the usb C for file-transfer (SSD etc) or record Audio.With the A34 I could test, that you can also record the vocals from the mic; Thus the NEXG2 is IMHO a great device to get into singer-songwriting/Training with backing-Tracks/loops and recording Ideas - including vocal Ideas.The guitar is well made. the price is reasonable. If nothing breaks in the next couple years, I would consider it a great product.At this point I would even like to have a full electric guitar with build in speacers/mix the same style; but with the possibility to train soloing with good enough sound/recording on the go.I hope I could help some of you!**********So here is your honest review!I have a couple of guitars/recording equipment, know to evaluate them.Currently I am not fully satisfied with the NEXG2:negative:1) OTG USB recording does not work on Android phone (pixel 7 pro) - NOT AS ADVERTISED.2) Looper-function/Pedal: only 70 seconds of recording on one bank with overdubs. I expected more from a Pedal with 4 Buttons.3) Main Knob has a very cheap plastics-feel - seems to be attached wrong. will probably not last long.4) Recording with BT Microphone is not possible on Loop. - I could also not connect it directly to phone for e.g. recording on Bandlab/Musik-Maker.5) The App and Interface on the Guitar is rather quirky. - Some good thoughts have been included, but the execution/UX-Design is not done with full focus on the users-needs. (E.g. on Guitar: The first screen for setting the Presets cannot be loaded again, when user switches to "Looper" "Drum" or "Back" register , unless guitar is turned off and on again (Change of main-presets is possible with pressing of main-Button).6) The general ENYA Music App is surprisingly basic - considering the goal of offering a "smart guitar"7) The "AI-Guitar-Copy-Mode" on this guitar I did not even test yet, since I have difficulties in taking it serious. Especially since its hidden so far back in the phone-app as a part of the "effect-pedal" section it suggests to rather be meant as advertising-"buzz-word" than a serious feature.positive:A) Sound is OK - Its fun to play with itB) BT Microphone is fun and easy to connect. - Especially Kids have fun with it; great for music-education of small Kids.C) Backing Tracks can be played with different other apps from phone (band-lab, Music-Maker)D) Working on some Quick Ideas is possibly with the very basic Loop-Function.Ad 1)"Record with OTG on your Phone" apparently does not work as advertised. Even after updating to latest firmware update from Enya website. I tried all kinds of recording apps and Android: No direct recording with USB OTG can be achieved; Connection is given and sound can be played back through speakers of guitar through USB OTG connection - but recording does not seem to work.Further on the website or on the internet a "how to record with USB OTG with NEXG2" cannot be found at this time.It is also strange that no details to what the firmware update includes are provided on their website. Neither an overview on firmware-versions can be found.CONCLUSION:If OTG would work for quick recording on Smartphone, the Guitar would have much more potential: then It would be easy to quickly work on an ideas in e.g. Bandlab/music-Maker or to use a better Looper from the phone! Too bad this does not work!It's a bit of a Karaoke-Toy rather than a professional instruments. Although the sound is fun and the guitar is fun to play and definitely quite well made (except cheap buttons). I also have the Enya nova Go, which I like to play as well.However - for a better professional appearance, I would expect clear descriptions on their website (Content/History of Firmware-Version, How to Use USB OTG).Downloading a firmware update with no closer descriptions to its functionality from a dropbox-storage also does not make a good impression.Currently I will probably send it all back. - I do not expect, that a fix or guide for OTG recording will be provided. Since another user here just got a generic answer/Repetition of the marketing-slogan to this question.If Customer-Support will help, I will update this review.

Es ist nur ein "komisches" Ladegerät beigefügt, das nicht in hier übliche Steckdosen passt.Besonders blöd, dass das beigelegte Ladekabel beiderseits einen USB-C Stecker hat, wofür ich kein passendes Ladekabel habe.Offenbar ist das Gerät nicht für die Lieferung in die EU vorgesehen - es sind keine CE Erklärungen dabei.Nach einem längerne Chat mit dem Support bleibt nichts anderes übrig, als die Gitarre zurückzusenden, was mir sehr leid tut.Amazon ist wohl lieber bereit die Kosten für Rücksendung, Wiedereinlagerung dieses Geräts (es war eh schon eine Retoure - die günstiger war, als das Gerät direkt aus den USA zu bestellen) zu tragen, als ein günstiges passendes Ladegerät nachzuliefern.Da kaum Ladung in der Gitarre ist, kann ich sie auch nicht mehr ausgiebig testen. Gesamtanmutung ist sehr schick. Gute Saitenlage, leicht spielbar. Stimmwirbel etwas zu große Übersetzung - Feinstimmung etwas schwierig. Zubehör: Loop-Pedal und Mikro sehen erstmal toll aus. Es lassen sich aber keine Loops abspeichern im System - leider, nur extern gespeicherte einspeisen.Habe die Gitarre fürs Reisen gekauft und ich muss mich jetzt nach einer Alternative umsehen.Mit einem Ladegerät wäre die Bewertung sicherlich 4 oder gar 5 Sterne.

Bin eigentlich sehr begeitert von dieser Gitarre,nur die Gurthalterung ist sehr unglücklich gewählt,und man muss ihn immer ab machen,wenn die Gitare geladen wird,aber Plus ist... ein super Klang,gute effekte,blue tooth, Kann somit Backing Tracks abspielen und dazu mit der Gitarre spielen.Für kleinere Abende beim Grillen oder Lagerfeuer optimal. Klare Kaufempfehlung.......
