I love this tumbler because it is plenty big, keeps my drink cold all day, easy to clean, and I love the straw! Fits in my car drink holder. Seems to be durable. Would make a nice gift. Lots of great colors. The handle I’m getting used to.

This is a great mug, well designed, great for cold or hot drinks. Holds the right amount, not too heavy, safe and nontoxic. It’s an excellent value for the price. Available in attractive colors. I take it everywhere. Highly recommend it.

I love the color! It keeps beverages cold for hours! I live in Florida and have left this cup in my car while spending a few hours shopping and my drink was still cold when I returned to my vehicle! It holds a lot of fluid, it’s well made, and the flexible straw is a plus! Works just as well and is cheaper than some of the competitors. Highly recommend!

I am writing this view after having the cup for only two days, so if anything changes, I will be sure to come back and update this post. Furthermore, much of my review is in comparison to my experience with the Stanley Cup. Now that my disclaimer is out of the way…SIZEI opted for the 40 oz size because I have a 32 oz Stanley Cup that I find myself needing to refill a bit sooner than what’s convenient. I figured that the extra 8 ounces would buy me some time. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this cup isn’t much larger than my 32 oz Stanley Cup— because the 40 oz Stanley Cup, on the other hand, is obnoxiously huge.COLORI bought this cup in their new Oat color, and I love it! It’s a neutral color, yet it’s still quite bold… and it won’t clash with whatever colors I may be wearing for the day (smiles).THE STRAWOh em gee! I had no idea that I needed a silicone flexible straw in my life. The way it bends toward me for added comfort while during is amazing. I can hold the cup right-side-up with no need to tilt it toward my face to drink; I can even leave it on the table and take a swig without needing to hold my mouth 90° over the straw. The straw adds convenience in a way I hadn’t even realized I was missing with my Stanley Cup until now. Note: the straw is silicone at the top, but the part that goes into the cup is the regular plastic hard material we’re used to.LEAKAGEUnlike my experience with the Stanley Cup, this cup does not leak at a 45° angle; it does not leak from the straw hole. However, there is a small air hole at the top of the cup that will allow water to slowly drip out if you completely turn the cup upside-down. So just don’t turn it upside down. Lol. With my Stanley Cup, there have been times when my hands have been full and I needed to place the cup in a bag or box… Let’s just say that the Stanley Cup doesn’t need to be turned upside-down for water to leak out.TEMPERATURE CONTROLIt certainly keeps my drinks cold. I have not yet noticed a difference between this cup and the Stanley Cup’s ability to control the temperature of my beverage, but I will be sure to update my review at a later date if my experience with that changes.SAFETYRecently, there has been lots of talk about the Stanley Cup having lead in it. Supposedly, we’d only be exposed to it if the cup is damaged… but it’s really nice to know that this HydroFlask Cup is completely lead free.Welp… that’s all I have to share for now. Overall, I really like this cup and would absolutely recommend it to a friend.

This isn't exactly leakproof, only because if it fell on its side -- liquid would slowly drip out of the straw hole. There's not much you can do about that, as it's a necessary feature to have a tiny air hole to displace air from the liquid as it's removed through the straw. Simple physics.Otherwise, this tumbler is nearly everything I could ask for; sturdy, virtually seamlessly designed, and works like a charm to keep the contents inside perfectly insulated for an extended time. Plus, I love the lavender color, and people have complimented it a few times.The only feature I regret is that this tumbler did not come with an appropriate way to sip hot liquids, as the straw is supposedly "not suitable" for that purpose. Sure, you could take off the lid entirely and drink from it as if from a regular cup, but that does compromise its heat insuation properties. And it would also be much less spillproof. Oh well, you can't have everything.

The 32 oz tumbler does a good job of keeping water ice cold. It's a bit larger than pictured and is quite heavy. I have a 30 oz Stanley without a handle, which I prefer but that model is no longer available.

I can't compare this cup to a Stanley or other brand because I have used mainly HydroFlask items for a few years now. This is yet another great type of cup from them. It fits in the standard cupholder, which is great. The handle is comfortable. The color is great. I have not had any issues with leaking. It has been easy to clean. I now have two of these so that I can keep one at work and the other at home for travel purposes.I will say, I did not expect to be a fan of the flexible straw, but I actually enjoy it.

I'm a big Hydro Flask fan and I was in need of an additional cup that fits in my cup holder. I thought a straw one would be nice and found this cup. I love the different color options and loved this blue one the most. I thought the price was pretty affordable for what other cups go for. I like the straw and that it isn't a weird feeling one like some other cups. I like that it's heavy, but not super heavy. The handle is nice for carrying. It keeps my water cold for an entire day even outside in 90+ degree weather. I do wish it would have came with a boot. It will also slightly leak from the straw if you hold it upside down.
