Dark Black Star Foil Balloons - Metallic Star Cone Balloons for Birthday, Graduation, Christmas (50Pcs)

I have two football mad little boys and I cant wait to see their faces when we use these for their upcoming birthday! They have seen the football design balloons before and love them but the trophies are brilliant and they love anything that makes them feel like they've won some kind of medal or trophy so this should fit the bill perfectly!

On initially requesting for review I thought the stars were complete balloons but to get the effect you need to blow up individual balloons. To get the effect in the photo you need 12 balloons which you tie together and you go. I suggest you tie 4 together at a time then interweave the e sets of 4 ballons together t make the star shape. Depending how you tie them, you don't necessarily need to make star shapes and if mixing with other balloons in an arch, these smaller pointed sections can add texture and something more unusual to the arch being as they are like a mirrored silver looking which is what I did with them.

Good selection of football themed party decorations. Looks colourful and ideal for footy themed party. Were just what was wanted although a bit fiddly to set up.

Here, we have some balloons. Lots of balloons, in fact; there's a hundred standard ones, four football-shaped foil ones and a golden trophy one. Plus a lot of accessories, including some green ribbon, glue, a reel of plastic tape, a small straw and a wierd thing which is meant to help you tie your balloons.What it doesn't have is a balloon pump, which is something I'd strongly recommend getting when dealing with this many balloons.Nor does it contain any useful instructions on how to construct the balloon-festooned archway shown in the photos. Instead, you get a single business-card sized instruction sheet with some entertainingly useless images on it.There's some slightly more useful information on the Amazon page for this kit, but seriously: even just a QR code which points to a Youtube video would have been nice!Not least because with over 100 balloons to fill, tie and assemble, you're probably looking at 2-3 hours worth of effort to assemble the archway, even with a balloon pump and without having to proceed via the noble art of trial and error!It's also worth noting that the foil balloons - especially the footballs - are probably best inflated with helium, but obviously, a can of this noble gas isn't included. So you'll have to make a trip to a local "gifts and cards" shop or similar, if you do want to have these bobbing around on the ceiling.To be fair, the kit is pretty cheap - it works out at about 10p a balloon. But the lack of useful instructions is disappointing, and it's definitely best to not underestimate how much effort will be required!

Honest reviewer!This is a huge set! My son loves football so I knew this would be perfect. You got sooo many balloons. I used a pump because there’s no way I could blow up 90 balloons. I used helium for the foil balloons. Was easy to put together. A great set. My son loved it.

This seems a little strange when you start inflating each star cone, but stick with it and you will get a big 12 point star.You get 2 extra star cones, incase any damage is done when inflating. You also get a straw to blow each star up, a roll of ribbon and instructions with diagrams.Each star has 12 points.Don’t worry about the air inflate ports being visible, when you start putting the star together the air ports are hidden quite well.Once you have all 12 points tied together you can add the ribbon to hang the star.The stars are bigger than I expected and once assembled look very good and unique.I got the silver ones and have put 2 finished stars up as part of our Christmas decorations. I also have enough left to make 2 more in the future. .Each 12 point star takes around 15 minutes to complete.Would also be great for birthday celebrations.Very pleased with the results, currently cost £8.99. Good value happy to recommend.

While the FUNTOOB Silver Star Balloons look great, they take a bit more work to “construct” than you may think, though this is made clear in the listing. Each spoke of the star is a separate balloon, each needing be individually inflated using the supplied straw/ tube. When you have twelve inflated, you tie them in pairs, before tying all six pairs together to form a star, I’d recommend watching the video on the listing, though they make it look easy. The star can then be hung using the supplied ribbon.Way down the bottom of the listing, it does state that these balloons aren’t recommended for filling with helium, it would be nice if this information is more visible.At the end of the day, with a little bit of work you get great looking balloons of a good size, four in total when complete, with a couple of spare singles just in case.

Although once put together, they look cool and quirky, personally it wasn't worth the headache of putting them together.
