I was thrilled with these fans when they first arrived. I received these on December 4th. They were awesome until one died 3 weeks later. Today the second fan died (just over a month after receiving it). I will be sending both back and looking for a different brand.I bought 2 for our wood stove because our blower is a little too loud and they are so effective. They're very quiet and they've raised the temperature of the main floor of our house(800 Sq ft, open concept) by 4 degrees. Another benefit is that you can point them in any direction which is another advantage over the built in blower. I've only had them for a week so I can't say how long they last but so far I'm thrilled.

Sometimes during harsh winters, my electricity goes out because of falling ice and snow on trees. This is a great gadget to have so my wood stove can continue to heat my house. Thank you!

I wish I would've paid better attention to the actual measurements. It is smaller than I had anticipated but it would be ok in a small room or small cabin. It is quiet & does move some of the stove's heat. For a normal size room, I'd reccomend a fan with larger blades.

The media could not be loaded. Used as designed. Wood stove in the corner had missing blower and needed a little help to distribute heat evenly. It started working at about 100F and then sped up with the temperature. Physics Rocks!

The fan works. Starts spinning around 120F. Goes faster as the stove gets hotter. It doesn't move a ton of air but it does move air and it's quiet.

Purchased as a gift. It works great. Love the heat activation. Circulates the heat well
