Was perfect for my sons birthday!

I liked the decorations , it was perfect for my son’s birthday party. I did wish it had just a bit more balloons but other than that I I liked them.

Only purchased for the cake topper and balloons.

This was a cute set ordered for my son's birthday. There is quite a bit of assembly required. The "Happy Birthday" banner comes in individual squares that you have to tie together with the provided blue ribbon. It was time consuming and I wasn't quite sure if I tied them correctly, but it ended up looking good. Because I tied them so close, I will have to cut the strings in order to store them. I was not overly fond of the cupcake decorations as I felt they were too papery and there wasn't much else you could do with them as they were so small. The streamers were cute, though they too required some assembly attaching the characters. The cake topper was just the design with sticks attached to the back using these little tacky glue dots. I ended up adding tape to keep it secure. The sticks did detract from the look of the back of the cake as it interfered with the design but overall it was a nice size that showed up well. The balloons were cute, however they had a very strong chemical smell. Once they had air in them, the smell seemed to dissipate. Overall this wasn't a bad set, it could just use some small upgrades to make it more user friendly and durable.

My son was delighted with this party set of the One Piece animecharacters. It comes with everything a fan would love!I definitely recommend this item.
