INCA'S FOOD Muña Tea

This was my second purchase of this product. Was introduced to this tea in Peru on a trip to Machu Picchu. They said it was excellent for digestion, and indeed it was. It is great for soothing an upset stomach. Well worth trying.

This was recommended by sometime who I met in Peru who was a chef at a yoga retreat. She recommended muna for it's health benefits. I found it here on Amazon and realized upon opening and smelling it, it is just mint, which grows in Peru. But actually it has underlying flavors that are different than the mint we have here. It is quite delicious! I highly recommend!

I was told of the many benefits of this healing tea from the Andes mountains. It's a mild mint leaf that soothes the stomach and headaches. I would recommend it to anyone who likes various mint teas.

Bad smell but good

Wanted to find this calming herbal tea after my trip to Peru. One of the only places I could find it. Great for digestion and before bed.
