Decent, No Support, Just a Gimmick
Support did not respond to my email. This unit came with a bad Ram module and a bad Bluetooth module. Overall is a decent computer I purchased as a gift for my mother. You will likely receive ram modules of different brands and may experience problems. It is more of a headache to try and return the item, but they don't even respond to the email on their service tag. The sparkly grip tape is a gimmick, and it will peel off by the time it is delivered. You can't just peel it off because it leaves a thick sticky glue on the surface. Overall, I should have just bought a barebones PC and got my own components, but it is decent for the price and the Lexar SSD seems to be new and has no problems thus far. Should have come with an M.2.
