Very good formula helped me loose a good amount of weight over the years. Gives me energy and less focused on eating. It does make me thirsty and my pee bright yellow but that's not bad. And the big ones are not suppositories BTW.

I like taking these packs. I take all of the pills when I first wake up, before my workout. I've taken these off and on for over a year now. I will take them for a few months to get the results I want and then take a break from them. I definitely notice quicker weight loss results and would recommend them to anyone. Only downside to these is having to swallow horse pills, but I get over that. I'm pretty sure I pee most of the actual ingredients out, there is no way my body absorbs everything, but somehow it's works. Pretty pricey, but you get a months supply, so it evens out.

The box came in a packing envelope and was slightly crushed. That being said, it didn't seem to effect the product at all. I plan to purchase this product again in the future.

Gives me energy and results when coupled with a good diet and exercise. Plus it's $5 cheaper than buying it at the store and you don't have to talk to the hardos at GNC.

The package came in good but please check the vitamins because some may come in open. I've check the packets and one of the pill casing was open. All of the others are good.

Pretty good product. Been using on and off going on 2 years and this definitely helps keep your physique lean.

This has been my daily regimen for years. I have tried other vita packs, but this has always been my favorite. Great energy and noticeable difference in my physique (when used with daily workouts).

I always seem to lose 10 lbs when I buy this particular package.. I honestly would buy it every month if it was in the budget.. Definitely recommend
