Q: Do dog crate beds provide orthopaedic support?? Is the dog comfortable sleeping on it?

My elderly Jack loves this mat. The pet bed is made of thick, highly resilient mattress-like foam. It has great orthopaedic support and my dog loves to stay on it.

Q: Are replacement covers available?

I use a rectangular replacement cover. Have not found a fitted style, but it's not necessary. Just order the cover a size larger than the bed to accomodate the thickness of the bolster. It's easies to remove and wash, too.
