The media could not be loaded. This is a pretty nice mat for the little ones we have in the house as it's loaded with all kinds of sounds and instruments for a child to explore - they find it a lot of fun. It takes 3 AA batteries for the speaker and that's all you need to get started.There's a drum kit near the top and a keyboard at the bottom, with a buttons to choose what sound the keyboard produces; such as a violin, piano or harmonica, things like that. The quality of the sound is similar to other toy keyboards but with a surprisingly decent volume too.There are also lots of long animal noises and mode functions such as record and playback, all of these are triggered when you depress the mat and feel a sort of soft bubble button (it's hard to describe!), so it's easy for little hands once they know where to press, and the drum kit even comes with drumsticks to hit the pads.The only issue is knowing where to press and consistently too; I find that you have to be surprisingly precise where you press or you miss the sound completely which can be frustrating, and I've also had a cluster of sounds trigger randomly too when pressing on a part of the mat. It doesn't happen often at least.The mat is very colourful with lovely designs on it and can fold up easily to store away. The padding on it is okay, it's not too thick so it won't be the comfiest on the knees and hands for long periods of time. I think this is a good product that's a lot of fun for younger kids.
