It was damaged looks like maybe used was put in a box not wrapped and half tapped up so both both light bulbs inside are both broken off inside the figure

So depressed. Bought for my daughter’s birthday gift and she was not impressed. So many spots with smeared paint or paint chips to return it that she immediately called me and said to return it.
