I hope this review will save you the hassle because I had to buy, assemble and return 4 racks before I found that this is the best one.It's the attention to details that makes this rack stand out from many on the market.1st is the careful way it's packaged. Unlike some other brands, this rack didn't skimp on the little plastic tabs that keep everything in its place minimizing scratches and dings.2nd is the clear, easy to follow instructions. Instructions are very important. They can make it a 30 minutes task or a 3 hours headache. This rack has clear, detailed pictures with easy to understand and follow explanations.3rd is the thoughtfulness to making it easy for the consumer. To minimize confusion, there are imprints on the parts itself. For example, I assumed it doesn't matter which side is up on the rack. However, it does matter (one side has a smaller opening). I saved time and frustration by placing the "Gopart" imprint upright. This one was extremely helpful in the process of assembling.4th is the smart engineering. There is creativity in creating a stable, attractive product with the least amount of parts. I had one that had 3 poles to assemble when one would do. The more parts, the more unstable.5th is the outstanding price which is very good compared to others of poorer quality.

I really like this rack as well as a previous one I purchased and gave to my neighbor after she returned home from the hospital. This one is a little smaller than the first but fits nicely in my garage and is easy to move to patio if I want to dry some of my clothes or rugs outside rather than the garage. It is very sturdy and a good buy.

This Heavy Duty Clothes Rack was exactly what I was looking for! With minimum space I am able to organize and store a variety of items. Easy assembly and sturdy construction.

I expected the rack to be tall enough to have two (2) hanging bars. With the two (2) bars I cannot hang anyadult clothes. I mainly ordered this rack to hang my husband's shirts so they won't get wrinkled. By lowering the second rod, that only gives me the top for hanging garments. This rack is idea for children's clothes. The picture shows two hanging racks, but that will not work for me. The rack is rather sturdy and easy to maneuver, but not heavy duty.

Strong study easy to assemble. Only issue I had was with the instructions it doesn’t tell you where to place the middle clips for the shelf. You have to guess at a good spot. So if it isn’t right you kinda have to undo some of it to replace it differently. Other than that no issues.

Purchased to add more organized storage in a coat closet. Easy to put together and sturdy. Glad I purchased!
