Q: Will this fit with factory radio?

Yes. It replaces the lid on the upper storage compartment only. I found that I had to drill the bottom mounting holes all the way through the plastic surround in order to accommodate the push pins so be careful of anything below that lip (like a factory radio). I also used a 5/16 inch drill bit instead of the recommended 1/4 inch bit for the push pins. The compartment behind the front panel is pretty spacious. Works great so far. Now I have to get a tablet.
