Bueno

Dont waste your time or money
Instructions were minimal. It did provide the qr code to download the fitcloudpro app (total garbage). Listing says 24/7 chat support, there's not a customer service number or website (fine print 24/7 support thru amazon).Finding instructions online weren't very easy either..at least not ones in English. The watch is preloaded with a few "common exercises" such as badminton and skipping rope??? The fitcloudpro app lists 100 other sports. You can only transfer 1 sport to the menu. If you try to add a 2nd it will remove the one you prev added. If you switch between sports from the app you loose prev fitness data calories, pulse, etc.Prior reviews stated issues with staying paired to phone for calls and Facebook. Those features weren't important to me so I dont know if they did or didn't work.I didn't have incredibly high expectations but doing the bare min of tracking fitness goals wasn't too much to hope for. I was wrong. It couldn't even track steps. I was sitting at my desk when I turned the watch on. It went from 0 to 300 steps by the time I made it to my kitchen 15' away.I should've just bought a $3.00 pedometer and used the incredibly inaccurate calorie counter on the treadmill.

Good men’s watch.
I bought this for myself and then after bought it the face of the clock is really big. It is much better suited for a man’s wrist. So I gave mine to my husband for early Christmas present and he loves it. He wears it all the time.

good watch in general but issues that make it a candidate for improvement.
likes1. easy to read depending on the face you choose.2 battery seems to work well3 large size which makes this good for my big hands4 easy to setup but having a knowledge of sports/health watches does help a lot.5 the message system works well on andriod, not sure on apple. not tried the phone answer function6 has a lot of options for faces on the watch. there is a menu if you push the power button 2 times.7 keeping this as it works for what I need.Cons1 The charging system is chincy. make sure you have a good place for the watch that is undisturbed for charging. the magnet thing is weak2 does not take full time readings unless you go to the function in the menu mentioned above.3 the strap is hideous. I ordered a 22 mm mesh metal one for it.4 not sure how to get in touch with the company5 the face I use 502bs_120145, the 'seconds' number does not count seconds but switches with the minute function. other faces the green number is seconds and it runs in others not mine.more later if I find something else. I am happy

Well worth the price!
I love everything about this watch. I have high blood pressure so it helps keep me on track. I also love that I can track my sleep patterns and monitor my daily exercise.

Not that great...
I do like this watch, but the weather app is way off, all the time. I can restart the phone connection and that does not really help. Such a shame. I had high hopes for this watch.

It has screen protector on already
Had apple watch prior to this and now realise it's over priced by £800. This has all the important features you need and at less than £50. Metal frame, make calls, see all your messages and looks much more substantial in build and usability. Initially thought I had scratched the screen so was getting bit grumpy then realised it's just the screen protector that had marked and are easily changed. Straps are 22mm and change like any other watch strap of which their are plenty of. 10 out of 10

It's a good watch but a struggle to read texts and not so clever navigation
The media could not be loaded. This is after having tried several military smart watches. Stay away from smart watches using Dafit app, very basic and offers no customisation. This one uses fitcloudpro which is way better in that sense. You can choose notifications of from any installed app on your phone which is important really. The screen is superb, not many phones at this price range offer always on amoled screen. I didn't know until I got it but amoled makes a huge difference in making it feel like the smooth scrolling and bright view of expensive watches. It's nice to have the dim analogue /digital clock showing even when hand is resting at an angle. The problem which other poor resolution watches got right is to get to thinks you need quick access to. For example making a call requires a long scroll through app menus, same for contact list and recent calls. If you want a calculator, the same issue. However there's quick access programming of the down key button, similar watches don't. I struggle to give this watch 5 stars, mainly for readability. If you're 40+ which this watch is likely to attract for it's durability then take into account reading the tiny font is bound to be a struggle. Viran in response said they're having technical difficulties adding font size feature and working on it. They also acknowledged quick access to important features as well as adding a flashlight in future updates. I will update this review if anything changes before I might return this lovely watch for too small text size :(
