Incredibly good customer service !!! I originally had given them a one star review because I forced the tool and broke it. They fixed the problem even though I had a bad attitude towards them. Once I calmed down, I found the extra rebuild kit that came with it. It was easy to fix and worked great. Sorry I was a meat head.Could you please send me a link to where I could get an extra nylon bushing and o-ring rebuild kit. Thank you for your effort. Tell your boss how awesome you are for me. 谢谢你 !!

Great crimper.
This is a great crimper and I would definitely recommend it. The dies are just a irritating to get in place sometimes but besides that it's an awesome little compact crimper, and quite powerful too.

Used it to crimp a couple 4AWG terminal lugs. Worked great. Made the initial crimp then rotated the lug 90 degrees and crimped it again to make sure it was even all the way around.

Easy to use hydraulic hand crimping tool.
Very easy to use hydraulic hand crimping tool. The dies are easy to change, does require an allen wrench, which is included. I originally ordered this to make some short battery leads using #4 AWG wire and it worked great for that purpose. While at work a couple co workers were changing a motor and needing to crimp some lugs on #8 AWG wire. At work we have a crimp too for #6 and bigger and #10 and smaller but nothing for #8. So I let them use this tool to crimp 3 lugs on their wire and it worked as expected. The size was nice for the location where the lugs were being crimped on. Overall seems to be a decent value for the money.

Dies warped with minimal pressure. Also are not lined up to begin with. Returned immediately.

Crimping dies get stuck in tool
Tools comes with one set of dies installed in tool. Pin clearance on dies is so tight that it's difficult to change to smaller dies. I ruined the threads on one set of dies trying to remove them.
