Adjustable Hinged Knee Braces With Dual Side Hinges Open Patella, Stable Support of The Knee, Pain Relief (L)

I got this to replace the one we got from the orthopedic office from an accident where the knee cap dislocated. This was the 2nd time in a year it happened and we needed something more supportive and jointed while the knee recovered. I was a little worried about sizing, but it fit perfectly. I love how supportive it is especially when it comes to the placement of the Velcro straps and its ability to be tightened in 2 spots. The hole cut out hits right where it needs to to keep the knee cap secured. It did tend to limit motion in the beginning which is what we wanted, but once we started PT I removed the metal side joints and it made bending a lot easier. The material is soft and doesn’t rub the back of the knee like the other brace did. It sits higher and lower, giving more coverage. It’s breathable and washes really well. It’s been 3 weeks since the injury and 24/7 wear and it’s been washed 3 times with zero issues. This will also be worn during sports practice as well as wrestling matches. Gives peace of mind and keeps the knee feeling supported and secured. This brace is worth every penny and will order a 2nd to keep on had.

Measure higher up on the thigh then size up. I ordered a large, with a thigh measurement of 21 this should have fit perfectly. The brace received did have a calf measurement up to 15 but the thigh measurement is only 17" maximum if you want to secure the main band at all (can be extended a little with the strap but would not be as secure. After multiple meniscus tears, I need to have a little extra support. This brace is made of a neoprene material, it is not too uncomfortable to wear but does not breath very well, making you sweat under it. Knee cap opening has decent padding as does the hinges. Overall, it seems like it could be a good brace, just make sure to size up a little to make sure you can secure it properly for maximum support.

The large size fit me fine as a slim, 6-ft male. This brace, though, is a bit more than what I need at this point in my recovery. It may work well for someone who struggles putting on other braces for fit, or for people who need more serious support with their knee or surrounding area.There are two pieces of fabric with velcro that will wrap around and connect at the back of your leg, but then there are an additional two velcro straps that can be tightened or loosened above and below the knee as well. I found this to be overkill, and kind of aggravating to put on. However, if you need a brace you can put on when you're lying down, before getting up, I think this will be really good for you because the brace doesn't have to be slid up your leg at all. You can simply unstrap everything, lay it across your knee, then go ahead and wrap the straps around to your desired tightness in order to secure the brace.Something else that bothered me was the feel of the fabric, it's just very itchy and uncomfortable. They should have been able to make the inside of the brace fabric, the part that's touching your skin, a less abrasive, more comfortable material that could shield your skin from the necessary, tougher fabric on the other side.

Very good quality, and absolutely comfortable when wearing it. I highly recommend getting this one. It has helped me a lot from the occasional pain that I would get on my left knee.

This knee brace has two levels of adjustment and takes a minute to find your comfort level. There are covered hinges on easy side for extra support making it a little stiff. Once adjusted, it stays put and works as intended. My only complaint is the product length. I think iy should ride a little higher on the thigh and a little lower on the calf for added comfort and versatility. Overall a good purchase.

His knee brace is solid, strong yet lightweight and comfortable feels great as much better than the one. My doctor gave me and charge me a lot more money for.

This brace did not fit my knee. I reviewed the sizing chart in the description and measured my calf and thighs 3 times to ensure my measurements were within the dimensions of the size.I ordered a size large (again based on my measurements being within the provided dimensions), it did not fit and was not even close.Not even with an adjustment of the straps with this fit.I measured the strap itself, and there is no way it would fit a person with the stated dimensions.Highly disappointed about the sizing.The brace itself seems like it would function well with the correct size.
