The media could not be loaded. This pan has seriously changed the game for me.To pre-face, I’ve never bought a high-end pan before. The Always was a long awaited splurge for me and it was 100% worth it.Right from getting it out of the box I was impressed. The blue salt shade is stunning and looks super sleek. Love the additional accessories too, everything felt very bespoke and beautiful. Presentation was truly a 10 out of 10.That being said, I was a little anxious about performance (in my experience, it’s just about impossible to find cookware that looks good and is also functional lol). But the best part? This pan does everything, and it works like a dream from the built-in colander to the premium field to the nonstick. I made some scrambled eggs and sautéed veggies for my first run, and then nonstick is no joke. The eggs slid right off, no sticking at all. Cleanup was a breeze, too, which is a huge win in my book.Another thing – It’s oven safe up to 450°F. Crispy chicken thighs from the stove to the oven all in one pan? Yeah, I’ll take it. One of the main pushing factors for me was the fact that this pan is supposed to “replace to 10 pieces of cookware“. It’s supposed to braise, sear, steam, strain, sauté, fry, boil, bake, and sit pretty. And it does!The only test I’ve yet to give it is the test of time, but for now, I am through all that this new addition to my kitchen and genuinely surprised at all the pans (and trays and pots even) That it’s replaced. I wasn’t expecting such a high-level of value, but the Always Pan has seriously been a game changer. For anyone reading this, just go for it! It’s easily my favorite thing in my kitchen, my kitchen now.

This is hands down the most expensive pan I have bought and I have been using it everyday ever since.There are a many things I love about this pan.The first thing that drew my attention to this pan was its design. It gives my kitchen a sophisticated touch with its designers. The ergonomic handle is a useful element that improves cooking in general and goes beyond looks. Even with food inside, the pan is simple to move about thanks to the handle's firm and pleasant grip.Moving on to the performance, this pan really stands out for its heat dispersion. The pan provides steady, even heating whether I'm sautéing veggies, searing steak, steaming gyoza or simmering a delicate sauce. With the help of this feature, I can now cook meals with much greater quality and no longer get frustrated by uneven cooking.This pan's adaptability is what makes it unique. It moves from one cooking task to another with ease and adjusts to my kitchen's various needs. Reliability in the non-stick surface keeps food from sticking and simplifies cleanup. My go-to pan for a variety of cooking tasks has evolved from stir-frying to slow-cooking.Another essential feature that sticks out is durability. The pan seems sturdy and well-built, suggesting that it will be a reliable kitchen ally for a long time. I value the careful attention to detail in the materials and design, which results in a product that is long-lasting and performs effectively.To sum up, this pan is now an essential component of my kitchen.

We got the 10inch and fell in love that we couldn’t resist getting the 12in.Love the color and look so we leave them out to show off.This pan is amazing to cook with - as you can see the pancake just slides and flips with ease.Cooks everything perfectly - heats evenly.Cleaning is a breezeWill never use another pan again.

This skillet pan is the best cookware I have ever used. Icing on the cake is the well thought out features... steam basket for steaming, wooden stirring spoon that fits in place and locks in right on top of the handle so you don't dirty the countertop or anything else, lid that accommodates the wooden spoon for clearance. This pan is extremely well made, heats up in as little as 60-90 seconds, and cleans up super easy. I highly recommend it.

I bought this pan because it was the one item my ex live-in GF took and I really enjoyed cooking with it. She owned the item when she moved in and I believe it was several years old and worked beautifully. I loved the pan so much I decided to get my own.Note: I live alone, so to say my new pan was "light-duty" is an understatement. At first the product worked exactly as I remember from the ex's, and was so easy to cook and clean - NOTHING STUCK! Then my daughter came to visit with her fiance last week, and I was making a big breakfast. OMG, I tried to make a large batch of scrambled eggs for the table (8 eggs), and Oh Boy what a freaking MESS! Egg stuck all over the pan, and couldn't scrape it off with plastic utensils. We ended up going out for breakfast! I let the pan soak in the sink before I tried to wash it. Still stuck on mess after letting the egg mess sit for 8 - 10 hours. I tried to use the pan this morning to make two eggs and you guessed it, same mess. Please also note that I never used any abrasive product on the pan, as residue would slide off and it was unnecessary. I can only surmise that the ceramic coating is microscopically thin, and when that "wore off" in about 60 days the pan is DOA.$150 pan is ruined in 2 months. I agree with other negative comments here that the product manufacturing must have changed, as my ex's pan was old and still worked (including its non-stick properties of course) flawlessly.What is really frustrating and what caused me to write this negative review is that there is NO WAY TO CONTACT THE MERCHANT ON THE AMAZON PAGE!!!! I was going to reach out to inquire and see if they would send me a new pan, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe this was a defective one-off. But now that I see that the merchant hides behind Amazon, they obviously do not want to deal with issues - as they say in Latin - CAVEAT EMPTOR - let the buyer beware. I even went to the "store" that Amazon directs you to, and guess what, there is no "contact us" page, or email, or address or anything. This shows how much they care about their customers - ZERO!

It’s a highly useful pan for small families and for casual cooking. I like the non stick coating which works well with induction stoves and easy to clean thereafter.

This is the ultimate non stick. I decided to switch a long time ago to stainless for reasons of staying away for unwanted chemicals… I missed a good non stick pan for eggs. This is the answer! Everything glides out and NEVER sticks. It can’t go in the dishwasher but it is SO easy to clean I don’t even care.

This is the first piece of Our Plays cookware that I've purchased. All of my cookware is Le Creuset but I thought I try this on Prime days. The pan is much lighter than Le Creuset so it is easier to use. It has a non-stick surface but does not have any toxic ingredients, very easy to clean. I like it and use it frequently. I've only had it for a couple of months so I don't know it's durability over the long term. My only complaint is the handle is very long so you need deep drawers to store it.
