I use this once a day & gently wash eyelids with baby shampoo & no more eye rubbing. They work even without the shampoo after 3-4 days. Just use water to rinse eyelids. Really great product & price for relief.

While Lastacaft generally works as hoped for, there is a fundamental “truth in advertising” problem in the ads and promotional material. A single bottle sold contains 5 ml. The Rx is qd (once daily in each eye). A drop is 0.05 ml. That means that the bottle contains 100 drops (5ml/0.05 ml/drop=100 drops). If you use it precisely as directed, a full bottle contains enough fluid for 50 days, which is 10 days or nearly 17% less than advertised. The reality is even worse since a “full” bottle makes it harder to control the flow from the dropper. Only as the volume goes down is it possible to more finely titrate the drops. In actual use, a single bottle used as carefully as possible will be lucky to ladt 30 days.
