Q: How to pair Remote controller with the car as i've tried almost everything?

Firstly, ensure that the gesture sensing is turned off, and then restart the switch of the car.so the hand remote and the car will at the same channel.

Q: There's no on/off switch on the handheld remote and the car isn't responding to it. There are no instructions for it either. Can anyone help?

The wristband and the handheld controller cannot be on at the same time cause the car will choose to pair to the wristband every time if it's not already connected to the handheld. When switching from the wristband to the handheld, turn the car off, turn the wristband off, then turn the car back on. It make take a few secs, but it'll connect to the handheld.
