So far so good. I have only been taking the digestive enzymes for about a week but they have been helping me with my digestive issues.

I love this product line but was not expecting this to work so well on its own. I take two per meal (heavy on veggies that tend to cause bloat and digestive issues) and they seem to keep both at bay. I’ve had very regular and PRODUCTIVE BMs as well.

My system has been a mess for awhile and I don't know why. My sister sent me these and it;s given me back a more normal way of life! These enzymes really help and they work!

I am ordering my third bottle. I believe I was dealing with SIBO, so two months ago I made many changes. Here comes the TMI, but it might help you as it helped me.... I had yuck-o poop each morning, in ragged pieces, like my food was undigested. And.... now it's all good! I also take Lauricidin after each meal, and NAC, Lacto-Ferrin, and NOW Garlic 1000 after breakfast. Oh, and I start the day with a cup of hot water with lemon, 1/2 t. manuka, 1 t. coconut oil and two drops of Cinnamon extract. I am following SIBO protocol from multiple books. Please do NOT follow my protocol, but buy some books as I did, and put together your own if you are dealing with this.... Finally, I will continue to take enzymes permanently with each meal. I feel much "lighter" and better now all day. These really make a difference!

in my body makes feel a horrible stomach pain including nausea and vomiting, after the first week of taking it i start with the symptoms i thought it was a virus in my stomach so i stop taking it when i started to feel better i took one and then the pain suddenly reappears, the pain let me in bed and so i realize that was the peel and not any virus that make me feel so bad
