This thing is powerful! I would not recommend giving this to kids under 12. Or at the very least make sure they aren't pointing towards people's eyes.Not the best choice for playing with pets either. Get a weaker laser for that.All the attachments are fun and the beam is visible, strong, and goes a very long distance.Could be useful for self-defense.Especially for a usb/battery setup, I am very impressed with the beam strength for the price.

The media could not be loaded.  The green beam is super strong, specially when compared to others in similar price range.Attachments work but are flimsy , don’t have a use for them that’s why it’s not affecting rating. Great item for the price.

I got this to replace a previous laser pointer that didn't last one day. Only charged once in 5 days and it seems brighter than the previous one. The dogs love this. They can't wait to go out and chase the light.

powerful little laser, seems like it shines to the moon. battery dies fast but also charges fast. got it to play with the alligators while on vacation, my cats love it.

I ordered this despite already having a similar one because I'm trying to consolidate all my electronics to C type chargers. The one I have uses an odd size battery and a proprietary charger, but was similar in every other way in function and brightness. The biggest and major difference between this one and the one with the funny battery is the on/off switch. My old one has a protected button on the butt (you can't accidentally push it on), and is just a regular on/off button. This one has a button on the side in a weird spot compared to how you would hold it, is not protected from accidental bumps in your bag, and the worst part is that it will not stay on if you let go of the button. You must be holding the button down for the light to work. I have returned this as the C charging capability didn't make up for not being able to just turn it on and leave it on.

I used this to chase geese out of my yard. It seems to work pretty good. Nothing works very long. At least the laser is fun

If you love to bathe under the stars this tool is second to none for literally pointing out the constellations. It feels like you are touching the stars. Such good value for money and the case is handy. Very light weight and easy to travel with.

Just as advertised with a real tight long distance beam.
