Came damaged
It's a great book but came damaged, the packaging wasn't damaged but book was bent. Not a huge deal but is a gift for a friend who is funny about book quality so slightly disappointed. Marking on book is very clear too.

Clear and accessible
Very good - the text is short and sweet but contains all the basic information on each species. With the numerous photos it makes for a great book (and part of a growing series).

Great little Fieldguide
A good accesable field guide.Scientifically based but natable for it's avoidance of overly technical language.Good information on ecology, habitat, species identification and life cycles.

A useful addition to the increasingly popular WILDGuides series
A useful addition to the increasingly popular WILDGuides series. It's a relatively slim volume, as one might expect, but it has most of the information the general naturalist requires, though dedicated icthyophiles might wish for something a little more detailed.
