You can tell much more about a company when things go wrong. My power supply failed after the Amazon 30 day return period. Amazon wanted no involvement but I emailed the seller direct by e-mail fearing the worst with an anonymous Chinese company. I shouldn't have worried, the seller couldn't have been more helpful in organising a replacement. I reordered on Amazon, the new charger arrived a few days later and the seller immediately refunded my order. Couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. Should also mention, great price and quick delivery. A first class service and a warranty worth the paper it's written on.
