I purchased this because I read that it would help my hair ie hair growth. Because of age my hair is thinning.My hair did get thicker but then I am on so many supplements for my hair that I don't know if it helped or not. However, it had a surprise! Suddenly I realized that I was no longer getting up in night (overactive bladder). I investigated online and there it was: saw palmetto is used for OAB!!!!Yes it works and what a relief! What is the point of promoting such high saw palmetto when the breakdown is actually less at 45% fatty acids. Is this a marketing scam?I had to look up this information to realize this bottle is garbage
