Really sturdy material, with a heavy base can stand against wind in outdoor setting. Installation is not complicated but may need some help because the connection is tight which is a good thing so it won't wobble. Can be used indoor or outdoor.

False advertizing
It has a picture saying the weight is 21 lbs but the actual is only 14.5 lbs. Will return.
