I ordered four of these items in all colors, but black, and while they seem durable and of good quality, I really don't know for 100% certain as they were gifts to those that work for me. My only complaint is that they are a little smaller than I had thought, but that's my own fault for not looking more closely at the description and certainly nothing to do with the seller.

I’m disappointed in the box. If it was for me I wouldn’t mind as much but this is actually a gift for my superior at work. When I took it out from the bag it was sent in the bottom part of the box was open and torn. The top is torn so when it’s time to open it just going to rip. Also not liking the rubber/plastic straw bent inside would have preferred a metal straw. The cup itself looks nice and yes I do like that it comes with two lids. Remember presentation is key.
