Not worth it
Too tight, made a nerve in my chest hurt for days. It did help my posture, but it wasn't worth it in the long run. I would possibly consider trying another brand. This one was just incredibly small.

It really does work
I have had a habit of slouching my shoulders for years; it looks bad and it gives me bad posture. This corrector really works. It makes you hold your shoulders upward; it forces you to walk with good posture 😀

Material is rough
Wore this around the house for a little bit to get the field of it before going out and using for the day. Had this on for less than an hour before the material started aggravating the underside of my armpits. I Do condo and home cleaning so I move around a lot. There is no way I would’ve completed. With this thing on.
