The first time I ordered a fire exit sign from this company, I thought I had just ordered the wrong one, but after the second time, it is clearly just a scheme by the Seller to rip people off. It wouldn't be a big deal if the generic rip off had the same features as the one listed. It doesn't, no remote lamp hook up and also feels like cheap trash

We received this exit sign, but it was missing the mounting pieces and the instructions and appeared to have been re-shipped from someone else's returned order. Disappointing.

The product did not work out of the box. The Emergency lights did not come on when the test button was pressed, but the red 'EXIT' led light did. I allowed it to stay connected for a couple of days to charge the battery, but it still did not work.Rather than just returning the item, I made the mistake of selecting the 'Talk to the Expert' option. First, the person I spoke too was in no way an expert. After wasting a half an hour on a chat, I was told that a rep from Lithonia Lighting would call me to help. That never happened, and now my return window is closed. Amazon would not do anything to help (after more time spent on chat).I will be throwing this piece of junk in the trash and buying another brand.

works fine - easy to install - similar to one replaced - good fit. Battery only good for three years in old unit
