I’ve spent 2 months , 10 emails trying. You can’t call company. CEO in hiding. I love it, but want one that works. Sad. Emailed them tonight, last chance. I’m retired and have principles and the time to destroy the reputation of a company that lies about a lifetime guarantee, and hides online with outsourced digital customer service, calculating people will give up. Kind of weighty but have never bought a Umbrella like this

This is a top-of-the-line umbrella, the smallest I could purchase and it's still very large. I'm not convinced this is worth what I paid for it, but the performance is second to none. Wind does not bother this umbrella at all. If you don't mind paying top dollar for an umbrella, this is about the best you could buy.
