Very tasty seaweed salad!
This is a great mix, with the see-through agar-agar as well as the red and green seaweed too - it doesn't taste too fishy, and is delicious. It takes about 5-10 mins to soak up, then best to squeeze the water out of it so the salad isn't soaking.A very tasty japanese dressing for it is toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, grated ginger (very fine so it's not found under the tooth) and mixed seeds like linseed, sunflower seeds and poppy seeds. Add a bit of lemon juice to taste and...it is absolutely delicious! Well, maybe the seeds aren't Japanese but they go well with it. Bon appetit!!!

Inconsistent product value
Its quality doesn’t worth the new price! I would never buy it if sellers do it ..

surprisingly good
I hate the taste of fish but have bin tokd to eat sea veggies as i have fibroids. Put them in a green juice and blend with some honey and u really cant taste the fishiness/oceany taste! After rehydration of course. Wonderful and well worth it considering recommended allowance is only 5mg a day. Good value for money and good quality. Also well tested for toxic chemical so it says on companys website. Brill

Very strong putrid fish flavour
I bought it as I was looking to add some food rich in iodine to my vegan diet. Bad choice as this tastes terribly bad and very strong as if you were eating a rotten raw fish. I just prepared it following the package instructions and added olive oil and a bit of apple vinegar to see if I could digest it that way but I couldn’t eat it all as I felt nausea. Shame, because the colour and appearance of the algae after soaking it was very nice, it is just a matter of being able to digest the putrid fish flavour. I leave a picture and I hope this helps :-)
