I am giving this pillow a 5-star review even though it didn't work for me. It's a beautiful pillow, and I had high hopes my neck would like this one. Unfortunately, it made my neck pain feel worse. It's a comfy, soft pillow that kind of made me feel as if I were lying on Jello. It cradled my head nicely. I wish it worked out for me. I highly recommend it for those whose necks aren't as stubborn as mine.

When I originally received this product the zipper on the pillowcase was broken and it wouldn't zip. Obviously this is a little frustrating but it happens.Since the pillowcase was the only issue I contacted Talatex customer support to see if I could get a replacement. Customer support was great! They were able to quickly ship me a replacement with no issues.The pillow itself is quite nice. It feels almost bouncy. My girlfriend hates it, but I like it because it supports my head nicely.

The medium is a little too firm for me. I wish i would've purchased the soft. It provides good support and I would highly recommend the pillow, but wish it was a little more soft. Good for behind my back when I'm sitting up in bed.

Although this pillow is a little too firm for me, it is a beautiful quality product, much better than the one I’m keeping because of my need for a softer pillow. If you want a firmer latex pillow this one is well worth its price!

This is regarding the standard-sized "soft" version of this pillow. I'm a combination sleeper - I start on my side and flip to back and front during the night. When I'm on my front I don't really use the pillow, so I'm not sure how this would work out in that case. But, every time I woke up on my back, I had neck pain that lasted for hours. It worked well for side sleeping, but is not at all soft enough for being classified as "soft," so I'm not sure how they can say this works for back sleepers. Maybe for someone taller/with a longer neck? I'm 5'2".

This works magic for pain relieving of neck and shoulders I liked it 100% and would like to recommend this for who needs a comfortable sleep without pain

I have a closet full of pillows… I have the memory foam, the “pancake” one, you name it. I have them all… and then I saw an ad for latex foam. So I bought the medium one because I’m a side sleeper. I felt it was a little too plump for me. So I returned it and I bought the soft one. Bingo! Absolutely perfect. It doesn’t smush down as I sleep on it. It’s allows my neck to be at the right level again I’m a side sleeper. I may order a second one just to have it on hand. Great product. Thank you.

Love this pillow. Had one years ago and used it till it fell apart 💔 This pillow gives you support but it's soft enough to also be comfortable, so glad my niece told me about it. I'm in love with my pillow again.
