Keto-5 is really working for me! When I started my keto diet I had a hard time with my energy levels and I had so much fatigue. I’d have these intense cravings for sweets like cookies and ice cream for energy pickups. After I started taking these capsules the first thing I noticed was my sweet cravings lessoned, then disappeared and my appetite seems so much less which made it much easier to follow my keto plan. I also had tons more energy throughout my entire day. No more fighting falling asleep in the middle of the afternoon. Now I even have the energy to take my walks every day and do my weight training twice a week. I don’t take the capsules less than 4 hours before bed so I've had no problems sleeping! I haven’t noticed any side effects or jitters, I just feel good. These are worth every penny! I definitely recommend them!

I have used this Product for 5-6 weeks. If anything it made me more hunger. The packaging looks better then others, but trust me it’s like taking a water pill did absolutely nothing. I have tried other brands but the label made me pick this one. Total waste of money wish I could get that back. Plus my husband tried too so that’s two very disappointed people so move on to a different brand. This one no good no stars if I could. False advertising to say the least.

I like the ingredients in these diet pills, and I do feel like the boost my energy and mental capacity. I feel like they are helping me stay fuller and not eat as much and helping me lose weight. I think this bottle of pills were a good price, and I will continue to keep trying them.

Easy to take and so far so good - I do believe it's working well for me. I did my research, ended up with this vendor and then saw a rather bad video review. After I had my product, I submitted a question that was immediately answered quite well.Energy levels are good and I'll give this one a full eval once I'm through this bottle - but I like it so far. It hasn't been all that long yet, but this Keto supplement is promising, and for me I really like the responsiveness from the manufacturer.

The media could not be loaded. I did not trust eating these pills because when I opened the capsule, there were plastic looking shards in the powder. I did not want that in my body

I have been taking two capsules in the morning before I eat breakfast and so far I have lost five pounds. I am following a keto diet and wanted to try these to kick start my weight loss journey. They are easy to swallow and have no taste at all. Not even a funny aftertaste like some capsules can have. I haven't noticed any upset stomach or adverse side effects either. I did not notice an increase in energy levels but that wasn't important to me. I just want to jumpstart the ketosis process and these capsules seem to help that process along. I will continue to use these as a supplement in my diet. So far so good!

Raspberry flavor is not super pronounced but it's ok. To me, tastes pretty much like strawberry/cherry flavored gummies that you find in most similar products.
