Broke a week after I received it.
I bought 2 and them installed by a licensed person. A week later one quit blowing cold air. Contacted Assurion and they said I had to go through the manufacturer. Tried contacting the manufacturer and never could find a number. Called Amazon, they were no help.Not even a year later the other one freezes and doesn’t want to work right. Very disappointed in the quality of these! Not to mention trying to get someone to replace them is impossible!

They were easy to install. They do a great job in cooling our RV in the Texas heat

Buyer beware
Unit lasted 30 days from purchase and approximately 7days of usage. Contacted manufacturer and got the run around.

Coils damage in the box from the factory. while this may not affect the operation. It should not be damaged. the company issued me a $60 credit for the damages.

Don't waste your money!
Straight out of the box the outer shell cover was cracked but there was no damage to the box. We decided to use anyway since it was just cosmetic. All three fan speeds blow like it's on low, 90% of the air comes out of the back vent only and it never gets cold. The unit froze up and started dripping water while it was still blowing warm air! Even at night when outside temps were lower than during the day it barely kept the inside below 80 degrees. I will be returning for a better brand asap!

Don’t waste your time
New Unit out of the box, fan air flow is weak, unit freezing up. I contacted Fogatti customer service and a level 2 technician suggested I clean the unit and check Freon.. on my new out of the box unit. I am returning and buying a better brand. If you think you are saving money you will end up wasting time
