To start off I would like to say this is absolutely amazing! My cat isn’t a big drinker but he loves the fountain! I would also have to say this thing is silent, so if you have any little humans it would not bother them if they are sleeping or something. The pressure of the water is also a perfect amount!

Bought this for our cat so she would drink more water and to replace an earlier plastic one that I didn’t care for. So far it’s working great and the cat is drinking plenty of water. I like that it’s not plastic and the metal will hold up better, and it also holds more water so I don’t have to refill it as often.

I have a cat that wants to drink from the bathtub faucet all the time. She's never been interested in any type of fountains. I thought this one looked more like a faucet. Not only she loves it, the other cats love it. Since I started using it, they're not interested in their other bowls of water.I'm happy with the quietness of this fountain, the ease of cleaning it, and the fact that it's stainless steel.The kitties all love it so much that I am refilling it often.

My cat is 20 and we've gone through MANY fountains over the years. He wouldn't drink from ANY of them and preferred to drink from the sink. This is the first one he has ever used!! It mimics the flow and action of the sink perfectly, and he took to it almost immediately. It's also whisper quiet. Can't hear it even when standing right next to it, especially as the water level recedes. I had given up on fountains and tried this one as a last resort, since he is old and can't jump up to the sink easily any longer. What a game-changer!! Truly amazing, high quality fountain!! Also easy to fill and has visible water level to know when to refill. Thank you for making such a perfect/purrfect fountain!!

I've got cats that prefer running water over still bowls so this pet fountain has been a game-changer! My cats have always been drawn to running water, whether it's from a dripping sink or the shower, but never seemed interested in their water bowls. Plus, one of my cats had a habit of playing in the bowl, splashing water everywhere and ruining their food.This fountain checked all the boxes for us. It provides a constant flow of filtered water, and the small window allows me to easily monitor water levels and know when it's time to clean and refill and a shallow bowl, so playing in the water isn't as impactful. Speaking of cleaning, it can get a bit gooey with time, as the water filters through multiple times, leaving a slimy residue inside the bowl, tray, and spigot.Pro tip: I set a recurring alarm to remind me to change the filter and thoroughly wash the fountain at least once every two weeks. It's a small effort for the peace of mind of knowing my pets have access to clean and fresh water, and they absolutely love it!

This is a very quiet water fountain. My cat and kittens love it! I do recommend this fountain. I've had for a year already. There is a guarantee on the pump for a period of time. This fountain holds plenty of water for my cat and kittens.

Kedim eskiye oranla kesinlikle daha fazla su içmeye başladı.Teknik bakım kitapçığında "rotor" parçasının çıkarılmasını ve 2 haftada bir temizlenmesini belirtmiş. Rotor parçasını çıkarırken de çizimlerde el aleti kullanılmış. Rotoru yerinden çıkaramadım. Kutudan da bunu yapmama yardım edecek el aleti çıkmadı. Bunu nasıl çözerim bilmiyorum.

The media could not be loaded.  My cat, usually picky about water fountains, has been drinking from the Koogmoon fountain without issues since December. The fountain has been working without issues since it arrived. The provided filter can be used for a month and after that replacements are easy tomfind & budget friendly. The fountain is easy to clean. We wash just the top part with cold water everyday and rest of the fountain around every 10 days.

Zwei Jahre Garantie für einen kostenlosen Pumpenersatz sind inklusive.Die austauschbaren extra Filter hielt ich erst für unnötig, doch nach mehrerem Austauschen versteh ich es, alleine was es an Katzenhaaren abhält in das Wasser zu geraten.Es plätschert nun angenehm vor sich hin, wurde sofort von den Katzen angenommen und die LED hilft super den Wasserstand schnell abzulesen.Bin sehr zufrieden!
