MRE Peanut Butter Spread - 24 Pack

This product tastes good, which is nice. It is good for prepping and for travel. I am glad to have found it. Now I need some good packaged crackers for my suitcase as well. :)

I bought these for food to toss in the go/bug out bags I've made, and they are the perfect fit. My wife and I cracked on open to give it a taste test, and they are really good, and a easy snack on the go. I will add these to my hunting, hiking bags as well!

If you're looking at this item, you probably already know what MRE peanut butter is and why you want it. I learned to appreciate it in the Army for its ease of carry and the fact that you can eat a tube in less than 30 seconds if you have to. Alas, after six years of stashing MRE components that my fellow soldiers didn't want, I finally ran out of peanut butter for hiking and camping trips.So, I ordered more. While I can't confirm the manufacturing date, these packets appear to be brand new, and the one I sampled tastes normal. They are made by Thermo Pac, LLC, which should be familiar to anyone who consumes MREs (whether by choice or by necessity). About a dollar each seemed like a good enough deal. 250 calories per packet, 10 grams protein.

Less calories than other peanut butter packs I've gotten out of actual MRE's but still a super convenient snack. Would recommend

I got these for preps - but of course I had to open one and try it :-) Great taste and consistency. Perfect for my Get Home Bag. Happy Prepping!!!
