HW3711 Original Wok Set with Regulator/Hose

I bought a cheaper wok burner last year which leaked and kept bursting into flames! Had to buy a new regulator which I use on this one as the basic one supplied with the product limits the amount of gas released and, believe me, if you're into Chinese cookery, you really need a very high flame, much hotter than the regulator supplied allows. Not a big deal and most gas suppliers will provide one. Very happy with the purchase and so are friends and family :-)

Burns with a very smokey flame which messes up the bottom of the wok. Can't see any adjustment to correct this so that it burns with a hot blue flame. can anyone help please?

This arrived quickly and at first sight looks impressive, but unfortunately the connector pipe supplied simply does not fit the appliance. There is a regulator for fitting to the gas bottle, with a short flexible pipe. The brass fitting at the other end of the pipe does not connect to the appliance, so you need to get the right fitting from somewhere. Very inconvenient, and this is not made clear on the site. So far therefore it is hard to know how good this is.

Not what I was hoping and wish I could buy the much better Burners that are sold online in Australia

It looks good, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to assemble it. The connection between the brass bit to the actual ring where the flames come out is not clear. Probably just me, but I did notice that someone else was having a similar problem. The manufacturer's website for further information doesn't exist.

Works really well and is quite controllable.
