Don't notice any taste and goes down easily. Don't notice any side effects which is a good thing. The only thing I don't like is having to wait 20 minutes before you can eat anything for best results.

I used this product because it has a good combination of an impressive number of supplements for me. The polyphenols can be important for brain health, the ashwagandha can be helpful for sleep consistency, the studies that have been done on resveratrol show it may help with heart and brain health and there are quite a few supplements in this that may help immune health. I liked that there was a large supply of the product for a price that makes it affordable for my budget. I recommend this product to anyone who may want to improve the areas I listed above and are looking for a supplement that combines a good amount of supplements to avoid having to take so many capsules daily. This one requires you to take 1-2 daily. The capsule is fairly good sized, but goes down easily anyway. The ingredients are just what I expected and there's no discernible flavor, except perhaps just a hint of the black pepper. I really can't ask for more, they were a great choice.

Got for supplementation in one tablet with several ingredients to keep from taking several pills. I could not tell there was any flavor to these when taking them. There is 120 capsules in the bottle if you take 1 a day that is about 16 cents a day. They were easy to swallow. Nothing bad to report but too soon to say if there is positive either.

I started taking this and about three days in, I found myself having a bit of an energy boost. I wasn't as tired as much throughout the day. But then I noticed that I started to lose weight. It wasn't a lot but it was enough to notice.The pill was easy to swallow, so I didn't have to drink a gallon of water to wash it down. I take it daily and honestly, it's something I have to keep in my regimen.

This product boasts that it has a high concentration of resveratrol however after using for two weeks this product ones not work at all.. Also the mg is higher than I take and it did nothing!!! Don’t buy!!!!!
