I bought these for the two lighter weight bands to use outside of physical therapy for a knee injury. Much better quality than the ones I already had. My husband snatched the heavier weight bands for himself. Great quality.

They look easy? Don’t be fooled.
Male age 80. Getting my upper body back in shape after quitting sprinting for 5 years. World ranked in 400m, 800m, & 300m hurdles. These are a great way to ease back into shape without injuries if you are careful. Exercise with these can go from easy to difficult, depending on the workouts.

The thin ones are a stretch
So far a great addition to my fitness routine/ fat loss journey. Although I’d have rather had progressively thicker bands ( option?) thn the pkg with useless thin ones. Those are really unnecessary and a waste of material.
