I’ve used a series of rear seat covers in my Lexus RX SUVs for the past 20 years, originally to protect the leather seats from my golden retrievers, and in recent years also from my granddaughter and her car seat. This cover is the most reasonably priced and what appears to be extremely durable cover I’ve ever used. As I’ve only recently received it I cannot fully attest to its durability, but based on appearance I expect it will be around for a long long time. It came in a zippered case and I am not quite sure why, but it shows the company’s attention to detail. I expect the cover to remain on the seat, and frankly I don’t think I could ever get it folded up and back into the case. But the case has twin handles and a zipper top and it will be useful to collect dog toys or a lunch or snacks to go. The cover was extremely easy to install. One reason I chose this was the mesh panel between the rear of the front seats so the AC vent to the back can actually get through, and there are zippers on both sides of the panel for flexibility. The curved pieces that are designed to be pushed between the back and the seat in the rear are heavy duty and thicker than most which will hold the cover in place securely. I’ve never had a cover that offers the option of hanging the sides up to protect the door panels. I like to use the sides to protect the sides of the seat down to the floor, and my girl likes to stick her head out the partially open window to feel the breeze and to smell. And I think the straps to hold the door protectors upright would interfere with that. The fabrics that comprise this cover look very durable and impervious to sand and grit, and there’s no stitching through which that stuff can get down to the leather. The only thing that is missing that I had on my last cover (which just wore out after some years) is a long horizontal strap that went along the back of the rear seat from one edge to the other to secure the upper edge of the cover several inches below the headrests. I may remove it from the old cover and add it to this one, but otherwise I think it is nearly perfect.ONE BIG CAUTION-the cover comes with a strap that ostensibly is to snap into the seatbelt and then connect to your dog. PLEASE do NOT secure your dog by the collar! It would be incredibly dangerous! Get a harness that has a front chest panel (preferably padded) and attach the strap from the seatbelt to the back of the harness along the dog’s spine. It is never safe to allow your dog to be loose in the car. She would become a missile into you or the windshield should you ever be in an accident, and could be injured by an air bag. A good harness will keep her secure and safe, and you too.I love it that this cover is available in black or grey. I expect to use it for a long time to come. Very well done, Pecute!

Recently got a new puppy. Reflecting back on the travel experience with our previous dog we wish we had known about this product. He fell into the rear seat foot well several times, or jumped over the center arm rest into the front seat and muddy paws left a mess on the leather rear seat. This would have prevented these scenarios. First try with new puppy he wetted the mat. It is super absorbent . He was wet and the cover was dry. Both easily cleaned up. Love the ability to unzip one side for one of us to join him sitting in the back seat without having to remove the entire cover. It appears to be well made . Only time will tell as the puppy grows from 12 lbs to ??? and this product wears. At this time, i would recommend.

The cover is great! Water proof & keeps our back seat clean. Down fall, if you have chewers, like we do, the seatbelt won’t last but a couple days. Had to purchase a steel cable seatbelt from another vender. But over all we are pleased with cover purchase.

With three dogs who might as well be descendents of Houdini, I can say this cover is great! We have one dog that escapes from anywhere and loves to get himself stuck under the driver seat (dangerous with automatic seats). Another dog who loves to nonchalantly step into the front seat and make himself comfortable on your lap (not fun with 50lbs of shedding fur). Our third dog is actually a decent being who respects boundaries and behaves (guess who our favorite is). This cover lifts and zips up the sides to keep all the fur kids in their seats while still giving them access to circulating air with a mesh middle. Setup was easy and it has nifty pockets! The only complaint I have is that it's a little short width wise for a truck seat but it's by a very minimal amount. Overall, highly recommend. Great buy. Getting a second one in case one of the dogs throws up on this one in the middle of a road trip.

I have been doing some traveling with my two big dogs and this product has been a life saver. My dogs are very comfortable in the back and my SUV stays clean.

Great solution to give your pet more space with a firm floor to stand on! Worth it.

I like the fabric, design and fit, but already in less than 2 months the seat belt buckle broke, and two of the other buckles broke that attach to the side windows.

The packaging is great. The back of the seat cover has the handle that you can tuck into the seat, so the cover doesn’t move around. It has has a material that reduces friction between the seat and the back of the cover. I intentionally chose this cover, because it has the zippers next to the mesh. My dog loves to put his head in between the seats in the front, and the zip down allows that. The grey color seemed a little darker than the pictures, but it could be the lighting. Either way, the grey is a better match for my car than the generic black colored seat covers. This is one of my best purchases on Amazon! Strongly recommend.

So easy to install. This seat cover is thicker than others I’ve had in the past. Only had to spit clean so far and was so easy to do. The pockets in the seat cover are perfect for doggy bags or a leash.
