Exactly what I was looking for, great value for money

I am puzzled about the additional white cloth and what it is and how to use it. The extension has such powerful velcro on it that I can hardly wrench it open so it would be no use even if I need to use it. And I had hoped to use a hot water bottle with it but the pocket is far too small. I'm sure it is a well made product but am a bit disappointed overall.

Good fit and quality. Great that it comes with a cotton cloth that you can use for the oil and then wash for repeated use.

I’ve been wanting to try castor oil packs for many months, in order to detox and improve digestion.I was very confused when I opened this pack. I am a complete novice. My understanding, is that you apply castor oil to the pack, wrap it around your liver, and then put heat on top of it.Initially, I assumed that you put some form of heat – like a hot water bottle - inside the zip pocket. however, the pocket is tiny, and there is no way a hot water bottle will fit inside.I feel that the title is misleading, I cannot prove it, but I sense that this isn’t German organic cotton at all. It feels more of a man-made fibre. However, to be fair, the fibre is very soft and comfortable against the skin.I don’t understand why you would have a piece of cotton for your back, without a pack to keep the oil close to your skin, and warm. 🤷🏻‍♀️Unfortunately, the pack doesn’t come with any instructions or guidance on how to use it. I am sure many people will be laughing at me, for missing the obvious, but as a complete newbie, I am very confused about how to use this. A clear set of instructions would have saved me this confusion, and is not too much to ask.This set was £20 when I ordered it, which I guess is about average. But I would want to make sure I was getting organic cotton for that price.I’m sure once I work out how to get the most from this, it will be great, but I expect there are other packs that are more straightforward to use.

Been using mine for few months now as a castor oil pack for my knees. No leakage and comfortable to wear

Is a good fit for the knee however I don't think the elastic will hold up well. Im comparing it to the button elastic waist adjusters on children's trousers and skirts. They go funny after a few months and loose elasticity - I can imagine these will go the same - get the Velcro ones instead.

Wish I hadn’t purchased these waste of money so uncomfortable had to rip it off

I invested in this as well as a load of other items after watching a documentary on how to manage kidney health. The waist belt is really comfortable and supportive for sleeping with.I'm hoping to wear this neck strap all day and in the sauna later to heat up the castor oil within and manage this stiff neck from last night. I'm sure it will help.Just ensure that clothes are out of the way as castor oil stains.

Having the strong velcro wrap makes a huge difference. Love this product.

I’ve tried several of these wraps from Amazon and so far this is the most comfortable. It’s snug, the shape is good and the Velcro works well. The cons are that I could use a shorter strap to make it more snug. It came with an extension which was no good to me. If I could get it 2 more inches in I would have given it 5 stars. So if you’re a skinny min you might not get it firm enough but it’s so much better than the elastic strap kind. Also they all have a small pocket for heat but it’s so small it’s useless- wish they would do away them as the zipper can be annoying.

I've ordered and tried a variety of castor oil packs and found some of them difficult to sleep with, due to the elastic and/or velcro straps becoming quickly uncomfortable.This one is soft and smooth all the way around, with a gentle but secure attachment, so if you want to keep it on for a longer treatment or during your sleep at night... this one is really nice for that.

I’m using this product with castor oil.The Velcro is very strong, it comes with a neck wrap a back wrap and a cloth to put in the back wrap. I happy with my purchase and would buy again

super strong velcro on extra strap. I just catch an edge with it so I can remove. Super soft and comfortable
